Function:  hot EUTECTIC  plate ensures a supply of heat throughout your transport. The principle of the hot eutectic plate is to block the inertia of the outside temperature in order to keep your food at the right temperature. Ideal for insulated transport in the hotel and professional catering sectors.

GN or 60x40 hot eutectic plates are in perfect harmony with our range of expanded polypropylene (EPP) insulated containers. Particularly dedicated in their GN or 60x40 dimensions with in addition excellent thermal capacities. 

Usage: Before each use it is essential to raise the temperature of the hot eutectic plate

DIRECTIONS FOR USE / PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: (Risk of burns)

• Before each use, it is essential to wear thermal gloves, glasses and protective wear
• Always hold the plate with the plug facing up and arms stretched away from the face.
• Never wash the plate in the dishwasher (use warm water and liquid soap).
• Do not leave within reach of children.
• Do not consume the contents of the plaque (non-toxic).

How to heat up the hot eutectic plate?

• The Steam Oven
• The Convection Oven

Set the thermostat to 73°C MAXIMUM.

• At temperature, place the PL600 eutectic plate horizontally on a metal plate covered with aluminum foil without direct contact with the heat source.
• Heat for up to 40 minutes and then remove the PL600 plate from your oven.
• Never use grill or flame mode to warm up.
• Never place the plate directly in contact with the heat source.
• Out of the oven, handle the hot eutectic plate gently with thermal gloves.

Check the correct appearance of the PL600 hot eating-up plate before inserting it into your insulated container.
